Description
The architect has prepared the Certificate of SubstantialCompletion and final punch list. The project is substantially complete in accordance with the contract documents.
Recommendation
That the work performed by McIntyre Elwell & Strammer General Contractors, Inc. for the Garden Elementary School - Generator Fuel Tank Upgrade project be accepted as substantially complete as of 6/4/2008.
